Sponsorship Opportunity – 2024 Annual Leadership Workshop
Please consider sponsoring the American Kinesiology Association 2024 Annual Workshop on January 25-27, 2024, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This year’s workshop will be in-person at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town! COMING SOON–>Here’s a link to the workshop registration and the full program. (Please note that the workshop times show in your current time zone but the meeting times will actually be in mountain time).
Sponsorship provides support for AKA and our initiatives that serve to promote and enhance kinesiology as a unified field of study. It also allows your institution to be recognized by over 100 Kinesiology leaders who attend our annual workshop as well as professionals from across the country who will see your support in our advertisements. We hope you will consider a sponsorship level (COMING SOON – click for sponsorship package). Also, we hope you will invite your colleagues to the workshop.
The 2024 workshop theme is [insert meeting description here.] There will be engaging dialogue and networking with colleagues within our sessions and at various social events.
There are several levels of sponsorship from Bronze level at $500 up to Diamond level at $6,000 with each level providing various incentives (e.g., promotion of your unit before, during and after the workshop, and complimentary registration for members of your unit to the workshop and/or pre-workshop sessions on undergraduate and graduate education, or a table at the expo). As outlined in the attachment, you choose a sponsorship level and if you choose Gold, Platinum, or Diamond, you will also have the option to choose 1,2, or 3 sessions to go along with your sponsorship.
If you choose to sponsor a session(s), you will have the opportunity to identify three choices of sessions in the form linked below. You can note in the “special instructions” question which session is your first, second, or third choice. We will attempt to give each sponsor their first choice, but if a session you choose is not available, we will try to give you one of your alternative choices.
